DIAPER PROGRAM
For your convenience, our optional diaper program is available. The cost is $7.50 per week and includes all wipes and diapers/training pants needed while your child is in care.
REGISTRATION FEE
A non-refundable registration fee is due within one week of accepting a child care spot. The fee is $50 for the first child and $30 for each additional child. This is a one-time fee.
RETURNED PAYMENTS
There is a $15 fee for any item (check or debit) returned for any reason. After two returned items, we will request that you pay by cash or money order.
VACATION POLICY
Each child is entitled to one week of tuition free vacation per year (September 1 – August 31).
INSURANCE
The parent’s insurance is primary for any accident occurring at the center. We have property owner’s liability insurance in case the primary insurance does not pay in full.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
When two or more children from the same family are enrolled full time at the center a discount of 10% will be given off the total tuition. Discount does not apply to children in our before and after school program or children attending part-time.
TUITION PAYMENT
Weekly tuition fees must be paid by 9 AM on Monday of the week of care. Late payments are subject to fees as outlined in the Family Handbook. Tuition can be paid using cash, check or by using our Tuition Direct Debit program.
DUPLICATE FORMS
Financial statements are issued at the end of each month and at the end of the year. Requests for additional forms will incur a $10 fee.
WITHDRAWAL
Parents are responsible to notify the center if they decide to withdraw their child. A two-week written notice is required or a two-week payment in lieu of notice.
